Cleaning the vaginal entrance is no problem. I just put the lips under the faucet, the semen actually comes through a hole n the back. This was the best 15 bucks i've ever spent. Don't pay attention to what some people say about it being a "stroker", you can use it just like the real thing and it feels just like it. Lube is a must of course, do NOT try to use it without lube or soap or something. Washes out super easily there's a wash hole on the back. It's also really tight and feels great cuz it's ribbed too. You can use both holes too. Most recommended for 6" or shorter cuz any longer and it'll stick out the hole in the back. Buy it, use it, and try not to get addicted to it.
Tight fit
